"College Planning Seminar" sponsored by Higher Education Mentor
(*Grant Funding Pending)
This Free Seminar offered by HEM was developed for the following purposes:
The Primary role of an Academic is to educate. People cannot make informed decisions without knowing or understanding the subject for which they are about to enter or make a large financial investment.
The "College Planning Seminar" is presented by professionals having experienced the process and hold graduate degrees from an accredited University or College. Furthermore most have extensive experience in Academic or Student Affairs and bring with them a view from inside the system.
This presentation may be the only resource outside traditional sources, that some students and parents may encounter. It may play a crucial role in how they prepare or choose the path for their Higher Education. For others it will demonstrate the extremely complex bureaucratic system that higher Education represents. For those seeking not only acceptance, but success in the top Universities, this presentation will reinforce the need for additional support and resources. The Undergraduate degree is becoming more common. The race for success has changed into a competition for admissions to the top Graduate, Law or Medical Schools.
